Located in the chic restaurant district, this lounge bar has several qualities to offer. First of all, the setting is elegant, with dimmed lights, long bar and soft music before the arrival of the DJ around 9pm. The cocktails offered are excellent, and you can even take advantage of the happy hour between 5 and 8 pm. Habibi means "my love" in Arabic, so we won't be surprised that Saigon has also succumbed to the shisha fashion... A recommended place to wait for your table if you dine in one of the many establishments on the street.
