A 19th-century colonial-style building, it contains numerous documents (photos) relating to the key players in the Vietnamese revolution, as well as the techniques developed by the Vietnamese to fight the enemy. Outside: two aircraft, including an F5 Northrop, a Patton tank and a Huey helicopter. The rooms follow the chronological order of the different stages of the revolution, from 1859 to the present day. Basement converted into a comfortable bunker.
