Museum located in the district across the river, Rach Bên Nghe
Museum located in the neighborhood across the river, Rach Bên Nghe. Quân 4 was once a port area where liners used to dock. The former headquarters of the Messageries Maritimes houses the museum. It was from Cholon that the young Hô, who was to become the "father of the nation", embarked on 5 June 1911, bound for France where he was to work as a gardener's helper. For 30 years, he travelled the world in the more or less clandestine service of the Communist International.
