BISTRO NINE
Welcome to Jean-François, in this little piece of France in the heart of Vung Tàu. A talented cook who worked for some of the most renowned houses in France before moving to Los Angeles and now here. From breakfast to dinner, you can enjoy a copious and fine meal here, cooked according to the chef's influences. Croque-monsieur, oeuf Bénédicte or pancakes to start the day, soups, paninis (homemade bread), pizzas, pasta, beef tartare or coq au vin to finish it. All accompanied by wine and closed by homemade desserts.
