Betting on greyhound races in Vung Tau is the only one allowed in Vietnam since 2001. You don't have to be a gambler to go to Lam Son stadium on Saturday night, you can just be a spectator to enjoy the show and the atmosphere around the track. The show is in any case at the rendezvous with 8 dogs on the starting line and speed peaks at 60km/h. Note that these races are regularly the subject of controversy because of the living conditions imposed on the greyhounds. Animal lovers should not participate.
