REVOLUTION MUSEUM
Museum housing objects and testimonies evoking colonial and then American repression.
Located opposite the "pier 914", the museum of Côn Dao is established in an old building of the prison. It is here that thousands of prisoners lived at the mercy of the cruelty of their jailers, first French and then communist. The museum exposes through 4 spaces, the tragic history of the place and of the archipelago. A very vivid memory in the Vietnamese collective imagination. Objects and testimonies evoke the colonial then American repression. A strong tribute is paid to the heroes of the revolution, men and women who took up arms.
