Michel chose the restaurant's name in homage to his grandparents, who lived near Halong Bay for a quarter of a century. The young but very promising Vietnamese chef Vo Quoc Thach will delight you with artistic dishes that are the result of a fusion between Vietnamese and French cuisine. Superb setting.
