Temple featuring a series of tablets and funerary stelae
This temple is dedicated to Thoai Ngoc Hau (1761-1829). This high-ranking Mandarin, who built the canal delimiting the border with Cambodia, also renewed the agreement with the Vietnamese authorities concerning the Chinese refugees who had fled the last Mongolian attacks, as well as the internal wars in China a century earlier. The temple displays a series of tablets and funerary stelae. A plunge into history.
