This new airport, the largest in southern Vietnam, was commissioned in December 2012. It is capable of handling 3 to 4 million passengers each year. Domestic and international connections with China, Cambodia, Singapore... The terminal is modern and offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and shops. Please note that the transport of the local speciality, nuoc-mâm, is not allowed by plane! Hotels nearby (about 10 min by car).

Petit aéroport international. Pas desservi par le bus; Taxi au compteur mais cher pour le Vietnam. Possibilité de louer via internet des motos et de les prendre et restituer à l'aéroport mais avec un minimum de location de 5 à 7 jours suivant le loueur.

Bien qu'international, cet aéroport est petit.
Les controles se passent vite.
Il y a une boutique où on peut se restaurer après les controles.

L'aéroport de Phu Quoc est un aéroport assez petit. A noter que quelques rares resort proposent un service de navette (Novotel, Premier village) aussinon les taxi sont plutôt chers sur lîle par rapport à Saigon.
