LONG KHANH PAGODA
The city's largest pagoda boasts a garden adorned with bonsai trees, providing a pleasantly tranquil atmosphere.
The city's largest pagoda can be seen from afar thanks to a 17 m high Buddha statue, built in 1972. The pagoda was founded at the beginning of the 18th century thanks to the subsidies of a Chinese merchant named Duke Son. Nevertheless, the buildings date back to 1946 at the earliest and have been restored several times. The monks of the pagoda now provide religious instruction to the children of the city. The visit offers a pleasant atmosphere of tranquility when you take the time to stroll through the garden decorated with bonsai trees.
