Take the small street that starts from Phan Chu Trinh Street but also from Lê Loi Street. In a small house inhabited by a nice family, you will be able to taste some vegetarian dishes, including the famous cao lau (without pork here of course). Nice choice of dishes a la carte or buffet style, mainly vegetable based but also tofu. Follow the small wooden sign and take a seat in this unpretentious but delicious little bistro.
