TAN KY HOUSE
This residence, in an architectural style influenced by Japanese architecture, was both a place of commerce and a home.
Built in the 18th century, its style is influenced by Japanese architecture, whose semicircular crab-shaped ceiling is characteristic. The house has kept track of generations. Thus swords, which in the past only mandarins were allowed to carry, surrounded by silk: steel represents strength, and silk represents flexibility, therefore intelligence. The 2 pulleys hung above the entrance door were used for handling goods and testify that this house was both a place of commerce and a dwelling.

L'architecture, le mobilier, sont d'une grande beauté.
Je conseille d'y aller tôt le matin afin d'éviter un trop flux de touristes.
