In the citadel, the restaurant is located in the family residence of Mrs. Tôn Nu Ha, a descendant of the royal family. Pretty house decorated with lanterns and nice garden. The dishes are very well presented, in the shape of animals: Phoenix dance, rice turtle, elephant fantasy... It should be pointed out that big appetites or lovers of robust cuisine may be disappointed, but here we favour finesse... There is also the possibility of taking courses in gastronomy.
