Sales help finance an apprenticeship center for young people in difficulty by teaching them the bakery trade. Because above all, the French bakery is a school, allowing young Vietnamese to train in less than two years, and to find places in the best hotels of the country.

Délicieux! J'y suis allée quelques fois prendre mon petit déjeuner le matin. Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables, et en y allant vous contribuez à la formation professionnelle de jeunes en situations difficiles et vous encouragez cette petite organisation à but non lucratif dans son travail!

Établissement tenu par des jeunes vietnamiens en difficulté formés au métier de boulanger.
J'y allais chaque matin et c'était un vrai plaisir de commencer ainsi ma journée !!! La carte des produits est variée, le service est irréprochable et les bas prix pratiqués défient toute concurrence...
Tout (viennoiseries, café, jus de fruits fraîchement pressés...) est, par ailleurs, délicieux.
Ne perdez plus de temps... foncez !!!
