We are a Hanoi-based travel agency serving French-speaking tourists. The agency was created by Bau, a dynamic, serious and competent young man with a perfect command of French. Graduate of the French Language and Civilization Department of the School of Foreign Languages
( National University of Hanoi ).
bau has many years' experience as an independent French-speaking guide and tour operator throughout Vietnam and Indochina. It is this experience in the field, and above all his great passion for tourism and cultural exchange, that Bau wishes to put at the service of his customers. Un organisme professionnel et prêt à rendre service.
- Conception d'un voyage à la carte pour un groupe de 2 personnes (ma femme et moi) qui nous a permis de découvrir les principales caractéristiques de ces trois pays très différents, paysages, histoire, gastronomie et des populations très accueillantes et souriantes.
- Un choix judicieux des sites, et curiosités à visiter.
- Un choix d'hôtels correspondant exactement à notre demande.
- La mise à disposition sur chaque partie du voyage d'un véhicule avec chauffeur et d'un guide francophone sérieux, dévoué avec une très bonne connaissance des lieux et toujours à notre écoute.
- Le choix de très bons restaurants qui nous a permis de découvrir tous les aspects culinaires de ces différents pays.
- Le suivi du voyage : à plusieurs reprises les membres de l'agence ont pris contact avec nous pour voir si tout se passait comme nous le souhaitions et nous avons, même, eu à disposition un téléphone portable préprogrammé vers leur service pour communiquer en cas de problème.
- Un prix global tout à fait compétitif.
