We were very satisfied with the journey that we made in Vietnam in May as well as service provideds by the Viet Nam travel agency- Jet Travel
Two months after our visit, we are always filled with enthusiasm.
First of all on its services:
We particularly enjoyed his reactivity, during our first making contact, we have sent e-mail on February 18th and M.Nguyen Director responded us very quickly while the agency was closed when the Tet.
Then we asked for facilities program on site at the last minute and they always managed and can adapt, which should not miss posing problem with its service providers.
We were very sensitive to its almost daily telephone contacts during our stay to ensure everything happened according to your expectations.
In addition the guide, the driver and the provided car were suitable us perfectly.
The guide is a very professional and interesting person who immediately included the kind of tourism that we search and managed to make us discover what interested us in the visited regions.
The driver was friendly, careful, specific and discreet.
Concerning our stay, we loved Hanoi much and the journey by car until His Pa, stop at the locals with and of course Sapa.
If we had to remake the same trip, we would avoid back in train from Hanoi to Lao Cai, only because it is made of night and we would have liked to see the landscape
We would also avoid Esmeralda resort in Ninh Binh, it setting is magnificent, upscale accommodation but we were disappointed by the restoration in the evening meal.
The agency is not for nothing, it is us who them planes asked this hotel after being seduced by its pub Internet access.
As for the Long Bay cruise, accommodation and the restoration on board were perfect.
In short, we can only recommend you this agency by professionalism and good performances of service.

We are back in France after an excellent trip to Vietnam. We strongly recommend Vietnam Jet Travel, a local agency that could prove its professionalism and excellent reactivity. The organization was perfect, they even managed to changing our program at the last minute considering the weather conditions. We enjoyed guides and drivers much, especially our driver in the north, which proved initiatives (hiking) and a relational good despite the dam of the language.
We are very satisfied with our stay. Vietnam is a beautiful country, it is impossible to visit in 2 weeks, we will certainly get there!
