This French festival is one of the few festivities to be held during the summer months. The Phap village celebrates its festival in the dinh of 57 Trân Hung Dao street (Central district). In a long procession, the notables of the community come to bow before the Dai su, tutelary genius renewed every three years during the Uy Nhiêm thu ceremony (credentials). Cockfights are organized. The celebration ends with nautical jousts linked to ancient fertility rites held in the basin next to the dinh.
