Hanoi Accueil (formerly Le Cercle des Francophones de Hanoi) was created over 30 years ago by a small group of expatriates with the aim of making it easier to welcome people, exchange ideas and discover Hanoi. The Cercle is a non-profit association run by volunteers. It regularly organizes cultural visits, excursions into the surrounding countryside, yoga classes, get-togethers, games... The calendar of activities and visits is available on the website (see "Le Cercle agenda").
