Idée intéressante mais compliqué pour un individuel et avec un prix un peu excessif. Après ces voiturettes vous font la visite des vieux quartiers et c'est assez intéressant.

Je trouve cette idée géniale pour une ville aussi polluée qu'Hanoi! Ces bus sont silencieux, très reposant pour les oreilles par rapport au bruit du trafic quotidien. De plus, c'est moins dangereux pour les touristes d'être véhiculer en bus qu'à pieds. Il permet également aux touristes de se rendre sur de nombreux lieux touristiques sans se perdre dans la ville. Le guichet est difficile à trouver, mais une fois que vous l'avez trouvé les informations sont bien affichées (les différents itinéraires, le prix, etc.).

Très difficile à trouver. Le fonctionnement est opaque quand on est voyageur individuel. J'ai Eu l'impression que c'était plutôt pour les groupes. L'idée était intéressante (voiture ecolo) mais du coup, il paraît plus simple de prendre un cyclo qui sont malgré tout en voie de disparition. La ville devrait donc essayer d'améliorer ce système.
