HOANG ÂN PAGODA (QUANG BA)
Pagoda dedicated to Quan Âm, also known as Guanyin, the Buddhist goddess of mercy and compassion.
In a residential area where villas have sprung up like mushrooms, the pagoda maintains a village identity. Founded between the 15th and 16th centuries, it is dedicated to Quan Âm (or Guanyin), the Buddhist goddess of mercy and compassion. Several finely sculpted statues depict her in various positions. The portal, framed by two elephants, houses a beautiful bell, and tall trees testify to the antiquity of the site.
