A village where you can discover craftsmen at work, known for their ceramic wares exported all over the world.

For centuries, the village has been renowned for its porcelain wares, which were exported as far away as Japan. Even today, the entire population of the villages of Giang Cao and Bat Tràng lives from the production and trade of ceramic ware. These handicrafts are exported all over the world. A visit to the village can take a morning or an afternoon. You can see the craftsmen at work, and the spectacle of the kilns is always impressive. Unfortunately, traditional methods are tending to disappear.

Go see whether it is to buy porcelain and whether you are interested in work because it is not a village " bucolique".
