ENDANGERED PRIMATE RESCUE CENTRE
The aim of the center is to build up stable captive populations of endangered endemic monkey species.
The center organizes tours to discover the different varieties of monkeys. The idea for the center came about when, in 1993, the project manager of a cooperation program between Cuc Phuong Park and the Frankfurt Zoological Society took in two Delacour langurs rescued from trafficking. The aim of the center is to build up stable captive populations of endangered endemic species, with a view to reintroducing them into their natural habitats.
