Temple dedicated to Lê Chân, national heroine who took part in the insurrection of the two Trung sisters against the Chinese in the century.
Dating from 1919, a temple dedicated to Lê Chân, a national heroine who took part in the insurrection of the two Trung sisters against the Chinese in the 1st century (40-43). She was also the founder of the village of An Biên, which later became Haiphong. Originally, there was only a small pagodon on the site. The sanctuary was built in 1919, under the Nguyên dynasty, and completed in 1926. The temple features steles, elephants and stone horses. Every year, on the 8th day of the2nd lunarmonth , a festival is held in memory of Lê Chân.
