Surely not a charming, but functional hotel with comfort and good service. Essentially hosts groups. The restaurant (with view on the bay) serves Vietnamese cuisine. The confectionery is French, with more than 15 types of breads and pastries.

Halong plaza was well 15 years ago but it has very poorly ages. The atmosphere is gloomy but it is well placed to visit Halong bay, the rooms are clean.
