The most popular beach is Cat Cô III, which remains pretty, but suffers from overcrowding during the summer season.
There were originally three: Cat Cô I, Cat Cô II and Cat Cô III... These were small, secret, solitary paradise coves. Cat Cô I has been taken over by the big Flamingo resort, which charges for use of the beach (sic), and Cat Cô II is occupied by hotels that disfigure the landscape and contribute to environmental degradation in the bay. Only Cat Cô III remains attractive, but suffers from overcrowding during the summer season. Prefer the morning hours to enjoy the silence and a solitary swim.
