RED DZAO HOUSE
This pretty restaurant, all wood panelling and colourful decorations, is very pleasant and offers Dao minority cuisine.
This admittedly very touristy restaurant is a very pleasant place to dine. The setting, with its wood panelling and colourful decorations, is very pleasant. The efficient waitresses are dressed in traditional Dao (pronounced "dzao") minority garb. A multitude of dishes are served to satisfy both Western travelers and local visitors. Many Vietnamese specialties and a few Dao dishes, including deer and horse! More conventional dishes are also on the menu. A good address.
