Comfortable, clean and well kept rooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. The name of the hotel ?Mrs. Jeanne was the nurse of Colonel Charton in charge of evacuating Cao Bang during the famous battle of RC4. Very efficient to provide good plans and organize excursions in the area.
