The Zoo Lake is part of the popular Hermann Eckstein Park, it is very popular for its boat trips on the lake, its swimming pool, tennis courts and for its music festivals, including the very nice Jazz on the lake. On a Sunday afternoon, you can enjoy a walk there on a beautiful afternoon and stop for tea under the trees. On the first weekend of the month, more than a hundred contemporary artists, paintings, sculptures, ceramics and pottery are exhibited in the Artist under the sun gallery in the park
