LA MADELEINE
Daniel Leusch, his wife Karine and his daughter always have hand for sauces, cuts, cooking and other alchimies. Always the same respect for the product and the client, the empty of the menu of the day by the boss in person, a frankly joyful atmosphere, a bachique and gastronomic fantasy. In the air of time, the boss ensoleille his map of Mediterranean accents without losing sight of the classics of Madeleine. Perhaps as in any other South African restaurant, you will make the experience of the great flavor here: every piece of meat, every fish fillet (fresh local produce) finds the salvation of the soul by offering a fireworks. On the side of the bottles, our Belgian friend makes very relevant proposals to invite South Africans to discover French wines without too much ruin. We can compare our local wines with their local equivalents. The gastronomes and friends of the good living found their temple.
