Union Buildings is the continent's largest and most impressive seat of government.

In 1910, Herbert Baker knew that he had to offer the new South African Union a seat of government worthy of its influence. He therefore designed a building inspired by the Acropolis in Athens. This building is sumptuous, a pink, which is perfectly with the green parks below, when you look at the Bulding Union from under. And when we climb, we like are perched above the city, Very pleasant
Grandieusse and very beautiful architecture, with a very pretty garden and a panoramic view of the town of Pretoria. One mark important in the history of South Africa.
