The Big House is a house of wood and corrugated iron. In his office, we discover a Jan Smuts farmer, lawyer, botanist. At the entrance, flattering pamphlets about his participation in the drafting of the preamble to the United Nations Charter, for world peace and the union of the Commonwealth.
