PUNDA MARIA REST CAMP
You must earn it, to arrive at Punda Maria throughout the Kurger! This camp is one of the most remote, just north of the park, near the eponymous Door. In this very wild area, you get through the Mahogany loop drive, and you go back to the jungle of the Luvuvhu River. Impalas, zebras, buffalo, elephants… and many birds. Don't miss the excursion on the ruins of a stone citadel Thulamela, 50 km from the camp, surrounded by gigantic baobabs. Magic! Some of the camp buildings date back to the 1930 s, giving him the charm of the old one. Rustic but affordable housing.

A magical atmosphere.
To sleep: the safari tents for two adults. Comfort and charm with views of the bush.
An excursion exceptional (to be reserved on site): archaeological site of Thulamela. Tours in a ranger. The tower of course lasts approximately 4 hours with a section safari and short walk to the site of Thulamela which is built on a promontory in the heart of huge baobabs. Exciting and unforgettable.
