Lost in the splendid landscape, a straw hut by the river, tables and chairs made of wooden logs... this pub, which looks absolutely nothing like one, has a beautiful open-air space and offers an excellent cuisine that is quite simple, but rather typical: it serves all kinds of grilled meats, fresh and tasty vegetables or potjies that cook directly on the fire. This is the perfect place to take a break on the way to the Blyde, before or after seeing this magnificent and grandiose monument of nature that is the beautiful Blyde River Canyon!
