SAHUT MUSEUM
Museum housing the donor's collections, including a self-portrait and a fine collection of Far Eastern objects.
Since 1988, Château de Bosredon has been home to the Sahut donation. Behind the eclecticism of the 20,000 works conserved, discover the career of Marcel Sahut. The son of a Volvic stonemason, the painter, associated with the École de Paris, was also a passionate collector: Japanese prints, Chinese porcelain, African art, Grévin caricatures and more. There are even coconuts carved by the convicts of Cayenne and lithographs by Daumier. Every year, a temporary exhibition completes the presentation of the permanent collections.
