On the outskirts of town, in a very elegant neighborhood, is the delightful villa of Jacqueline, known as the Franco-Suisse of the Kalahari. A tropical dream pool next to the lapa-bar, which in the evening gently illuminates the garden, where it's good to rest in the hammock under the weeping willow. The two bedrooms in the main house are beautifully appointed, but it's hard not to have a soft spot for the bungalows, the superb Rossini and the Rustica, genuine and charming Swiss minichalets. The welcome is warm and friendly.
