The ice skating rink was transformed into a lavish and "hot" restaurant. Chic deco: Bordeaux carpets, velvet curtains and chandeliers reminiscent of our Pigalle Parisien. Great choice of fresh fish and shellfish, very tasty sauces. Fish with dried tomatoes, perfumed in truffles, served with a salad of asparagus or lobster out of its shell and skipped in cream, cognac, black cherries, buds of Parmesan… French and South African champagnes and cigar bar.
