The Sevruga is the little brother of the Beluga and bears the name of a small grain caviar that can be tasted at this table. The decor is on the image of the map: . and modern. Varied menu: fish, meat, sushi, with a common point: their sophistication, for flavours and for presentation. Speciality of the house: the lamb slowly grilled and its sauce chutney to the tomato.
