THE ROUNDHOUSE
The outdoor tables, in a beautiful sloping garden, face the sea and the sun while inside the interior is exceptional. Built in 1756, this former military fort was equipped with cannons pointing to the bay to protect the city from potential attackers. All the conquerors of colonial times, the looked and even Napoleon's troops have passed away! This fort then became the hunting residence of an extravagant aristocrat who was going to hunt lions, leopards and antelopes on Lion's Head nearby. In the plate, contemporary French cuisine fusion with seasonal products. Ideal for the sunset with a white ball.
