Old villa with lively bar, small pool and super-sympathetic staff.
Here the spirit is not the same as on Long Street: less surfers and more artists, less clubbers and more travellers; the atmosphere is more bohemian, like the neighbourhood itself. Observatory is full of cafés, second-hand shops, pubs, vinyl shops installed in Victorian houses... At the Green Elephant Backpacker, the main house is nice to live in: an old villa with a lively bar, a small swimming pool and a super friendly staff. Wi-fi. Baz Bus Stop.
