The star villa overlooking the ocean is state-of-the-art, in a clean style where white dominates. A total of seven rooms spread over seven floors. The penthouse, of course, with its luxurious 70 m ². In the lounge, revisited chairs, leather sofas and a Mac. At this level, the best value for money in the city. Note that a "Cascades on the Promenade" hotel opened its doors in 2010 at Sea Point.
