LA PERLA

One of the oldest restaurants in Cape Town that came into being in the 1950 s, and one of the few on the Sea Point waterfront, near the municipal swimming pool. The building lost its superb, but retained all its original furniture, usés canapés sofas with carved wooden chairs. The servers, very "old", officiate in their smoking. Sting, Marlene Dietrich and other stars came to this chic place. On the map, Italian specialities and fish quite expensive. Instead, we come to enjoy sunsets by sipping a cocktail under palm trees, as old as the building, which rises very high in the sky and épanchent on the terrace and its small white sofas, facing the ocean.
