Message from Management
For oenophiles, wine lovers and the curious! Mathieu Labaki, a former winemaker from Champagne, Alsace and Bordeaux, shares his experiences with great wines. After years of viticulture in France, the South African vineyards attracted him and he became a consultant in South African wines. After a decade in this wine world, he created CapeTerroir. His goal is to share his knowledge and his love of African wine. Tasting sessions are offered, with 6 South African wines on the program. Mathieu Labaki will teach you how to recognize the aromas, but also describe the winemaking process. He then invites you to take a tour of the CapeTown vineyards. For those who want a complete visit of the vineyards, a personalized tour is offered.
