In the heart of the old town, behind its colourful facade, this gallery has a rather conservative approach to painting, and focuses on landscape painters, a style dear to Cape Town artists, who have always been fascinated by this land full of flowers and wildlife. We then find landscapes of nature, horizons and endless stretches of savannah. But behind the walls of the Cape Gallery, one can also find sculptures, ceramic works or more graphic paintings.
