Elegant lounges filled with souvenirs and antiques, spacious rooms. Underneath the Cape Town speciality restaurant, the foundations of the church went up in smoke. A really nice hotel, lively management. A witness to the evolution of Stellenbosch over the centuries. The favourite of travellers in search of authenticity!
