The state-of-the-art building has nothing to do with the historic properties of the corner, but the wines of the house are worth a visit. The "red" tokara is a small wonder, as well as the "white" (sauvignon and sémillon) and the noble harvest late. It is simply necessary to hope that the latest Cuvée has not yet been wound up, victim of its success. If you are an amateur, you can also crack for a small brandy (cognac), that you sip in one of the lounges with panoramic view of the valley.
