Open since 2012, this restaurant is among the best in Paarl, and it is frankly affordable. A good address to try, for example, a slowly roasted lamb mouse with its sweet potato confit, simmered in red wine, garlic, rosemary juice and small vegetables, or for the seafood-loving palate, the delicious pan-roasted fish covered with its lemon and caper white butter and accompanied by its seasonal greens and homemade fries. A treat on excellent plates.
