From mid-February to mid-March, the Backsberg Picnic is held every Sunday for five weeks. It is like an open-air restaurant where the menu is a picnic. Once we arrive, we are handed our well-stocked picnic basket with a glass of wine, all in a lovely garden with good local music... The best way to end a weekend in Paarl.
