Small museum presenting the work and life of writer Olive Schreiner.
This small museum run by the National English Literary Museum in Grahamstown presents the work and life of the writer Olive Schreiner, born in 1855 near Lesotho, who died in Cape Town in 1920 and was buried according to her wishes at the top of the Buffelskop near Cradock. She lived here with her brothers and sister and was a governess in the Karoo. With good shoes and half a day ahead of you, you can climb the Buffelskop, where the writer lies next to her dog Nita.
