The Fertility Cave is a good idea for an easy walk: in this cave, one of the largest in South Africa, ritual sessions are held here to protect the family and encourage fertility. Access from Clarens by following the Fouriesburg road for about 12 kilometres; then turn right at the sign "Bramhof"; continue to the parking area of the Lusthof farm. From there, you can walk for a short hour, following the yellow markings along the river .
