Far in the cambrousse, on the track of seven passes, stay in the heart of a vast orchard, where the manor house is nestled that British diplomat Henry Barrington had offered in 1860. We love the few rooms in the historical wing, probably filled with tweed jackets. A well-ordered park and wildlife reserve with a few ostriches and antelopes. In the evening, attending the centenary pub of the property, dark and mysterious as it should. Coup de coeur.
